Easy Return and Exchange/ Refund.
We love it when our customers are happy with us and we try to offer the best and perfect products to our frequenters.
However, if you are not well pleased with our product, we offer an option of exchanging or returning or refunding the product within 7 days of receiving it.
Returning or exchanging a Royal Stache’s product is as simple as ordering one. If you want a refund or an exchange, then all what you have to do is send us a mail at royalstache@gmail.com with your contact no and order no, and mention the reason of exchanging. We will schedule our timings with you and assist you further. customer has to ship product at Royal Stache warehouse.
Terms & Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
• The product have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
• The identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal.
• The products are returned in their original packaging;
• The returned items must be shipped back to within seven (7) calendar days from the date you receive a product.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, we shall refund the entire price for the purchased product. You will only be charged for the return shipping cost. The fee will correspond to the original cost of shipping for the order.
Return Policy
- We accept returns if (a) refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of your product (b) products are unused & in their original condition (c) all accompaniments like original tags & original packaging (dust bags & boxes) are returned as well.
- Bags that have been custom monogrammed for a customer cannot be covered within our Return Policy.
- To process your refund (a) please share your order number over email (b) Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email confirmation on whether your return has been accepted (c) product cost refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- For refunded products (a) return shipping will need to be borne by the customer (b) original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refund Time & Procedures
After we receive the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery), the refund procedure will start within 7 days.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:
- Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card Company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss.
- Payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
- Payment made by Cash on Delivery: you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products returned to the Bank account you indicate in the Return Form; the time needed for refunding depends on the information you provided in your order; normally refunds take place within a month. Please remember it is necessary to have a Bank account in order to receive a refund for cash on delivery orders.
